RETURNS POLICY
Returns must be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving the product. Products must be unused, in their original packaging and with tags attached.
HOW TO GENERATEA RETURN
To return an item, please email info@theboredombuster.com. We will send you your shipping label via email. Print it off and stick it to the front of the package. Take the package to the post office and retain a proof of purchase receipt for your records. You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item, and these costs are non-refundable. If you do receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
REFUNDS
DAMAGED GOODS
In the event a product arrived to you damaged, please contact our customer service team at info@theboredombuster.com. A full refund will be issued on the damaged product or a replacment of that product sent. Please note we will not replace the entire box unless the entire box is damaged.
Once we have received your item, we will initiate a return. Please allow at least 14 days from our receipt of the return for the refund to be processed. Products must be returned within 28 days. Money will be sent to your original method of payment. We will email you once your return has been processed.
Please ensure that any returns are carefully packaged in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit. It's important to note that if we've personalised your order with a handwritten gift message, a 25% restocking fee will be applied to the returned product. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above mentioned standards.
RESTRICTIONS
We cannot accept returns of cookies due to safety/hygiene reasons.

Royal Mail 24 Tracked | £4.95 | 1-2 days for delivery
Royal Mail Special Delivery | £8.50 | Guaranteed next day delivery before 1pm Monday to Saturday. Signed for service.
Royal Mail 48 and 24 delivery do not guarentee delivery times. We will make every effort to ensure your order reaches you within the delivery times stated, however please note there are occasions where delivery can be longer.
If the order is not received after 14 working days from the dispatch date, it is classed as lost and then a replacement can be sent or a refund. For 24 tracked, if the order is not received after 7 working days from the dispatch date, it is classed as lost and then a replacement can be sent or a refund.
